The NJPW World TV Championship is a new singles title in New Japan Pro Wrestling. It was created on October 10, 2022 as a celebration of the longtime partnership between New Japan, longtime Japanese broadcast partner TV Asahi, and the New Japan World online streaming service. The hope is that younger wrestlers will be motivated to compete for the title, and matches will have a 15 minute time limit to encourage a rapid style, and title matches will be available for free via New Japan World and social media. The title was first awarded in January 2023 when Zack Sabre Jr. won a tournament to crown the inaugural champion.
