Today’s event was held at Imaike Gas Hall in Nagoya and will be available on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE Wednesday. There was no live broadcast.
The paid attendance was not announced. Based on crowd photos it may have been a legit sellout or close.
There was a last-minute change to the card due to Junta Miyawaki being pulled off the event. The always-vague poor health. Tomomitsu Matsunaga was the replacement.
Today is/was Yuni’s 18th birthday so there was a pre-event celebration for him.
Match 1: D GENERATIONS CUP Block B: Rukiya beat Hinata Kasai.
Match 2: Hideki Okatani & Illusion beat HARASHIMA & Yuni. Illusion pinned Yuni after a swanton bomb.
Match 3: Danshoku Dieno & Kazuma Sumi beat Akito & Kazuki HIrata. Sumi pinned Hirata.
Match 4: Jun Akiyama, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida beat Yukio Naya, Tomomitsu Matsunaga & Daichi Sato. Ishida pinned Sato after Buchi-kake.
Match 5: Yuki Ueno & To-y beat MAO & KANON, Daisuke Sasaki & MJ Paul and Chris Brookes & Antonio Honda in a 4-way when Ueno pinned Honda.
