DDT continued the Into The Fight 2024 Tour today with an event in Nagoya.
Today’s event was held at Robashi Sports Center in Nagoya and will be available on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE at a later date (probably Thursday). There was no live broadcast.
The announced paid attendance was 252, a legit sellout.
Match 1: Shunma Katsumata beat Kazuki Hirata & Toru Owashi in a 3-way by pinning Hirata.
Match 2: Yuki Iino & Hideki Okatani beat KANON & MJ Paul. Iino pinned Paul after a low altitude spear.
Match 3: Sanshiro Takagi, Yoshitatsu & Yukio Naya beat Lauza (?), Jack Kennedy & Kazuma Sumi. Yoshitatsu pinned Sumi after This Is My WWE. Apparently Yoshitatsu trained Kennedy.
Match 4: HARASHIMA & Kazusada Higuchi beat Jun Akiyama & Rukiya. HARASHIMA pinned Rukiya after Blue Sword.
Match 5: Daisuke Sasaki beat Makoto Oishi by submission.
Match 6: Tetsuya Endo beat Akito.
Main Event: Yuki Ueno & MAO beat Chris Brooks & Takeshi Masada. Ueno pinned Masada after Twister.
The next event is “Heatwave Over Flowers 3-Tonoi To You-“, a The47Kamiina Produced event, Wednesday at Shinjuku Face in Tokyo. It will be headlined by KO-D Openweight Champion Yuki Ueno vs. Danshoku Dieno for the title. The event is already a legit advance sellout with only some standing room tickets still available. Live streaming on WRESTLE UNIVERSE will begin at 1:45 AM PT/4:45 AM ET.
