Pro Wrestling NOAH 8/16/25 Results (Updated)

Pro Wrestling ran this month’s STAR NAVIGATION PREMIUM event today in Tokyo.

Today’s event was held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and can be watched on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE in Japanese and English. The live broadcast was English only due to being am exclusive ABEMA broadcast in Japan.

The announced paid attendance was 1596, a legit advance sellout including standing room only tickets.

Match 1: Eita, Alejandro, Kai Fujimura & Daiki Odashima beat Hiromu Takahashi (New Japan), Atsushi Kotoge, AMAKUSA & Junta Miyawaki. Eita pinned Miyawaki after Imperial Uno.

Match 2: Ulka Sasaki, HAYATA & Tetsuya Endo beat Kenoh, Shuhei Taniguchi & Black Menso-re. Endo pinned Menso-re.

Match 3: Masa Kitamiya & Tadasuke beat Manabu Soya & Daiki Inaba. Kitamiya beat Inaba with Stranglehold Y.

Match 4: Go Shiozaki, Mohammed Yone & Hajime Ohara beat Takashi Sugiura, Daga & Knull by DQ. Daga DQ’d. Tadasuke interference.

Match 5: Kaito Kiyomiya beat Harutoki.

Match 6: Galeno, Dragon Bane, Alpha Wolf & Super Crazy beat Luis Mante (Dragon Gate), Flamita (Dragon Gate), Bendito (Dragon Gate) & Caribbean. Galeno pinned Caribbean after Galeno Special.

Match 7: Owadasan Farewell Match: OZAWA beat Owadasan. Owadasan is now headed on an international training excursion.

Main Event: GHC Heavyweight Champion KENTA beat Naomichi Marufuji to retain the title. V1 for KENTA. Next up: Probably the N-1 VICTORY 2025 winner unless it’s KENTA.

Speaking of the N-1, the full field was announced today for this year’s tournament, a field of 16 divided into 2 blocks as follows:
Block A: KENTA, Kaito Kiyomiya, Manabu Soya, Ulka Sasaki, Kazuyuki Fujita, Tetsuya Endo, Masa Kitamiya, Daga
Block B: Galeno, Naomichi Marufuji, Kenoh, Daiki INaba, Jack Morris, Harutoki, Ricky Knight Jr., OZAWA
Kiyomiya is the defending tournament winner. The tournament begins on 9/8 and ends on 9/23. It will be round-robin format with the winners of each block advancing to the Finals.

The next event is 8/24 at Tama Mirai Messe in Tokyo. Live streaming on WRESTLE UNIVERSE will begin on 8/23 at 11 PM PT/2 AM ET. Including today’s event, all events through the end of the N-1 VICTORY will be available LIVE and immediately on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE. The 9/8 and 9/23 live broadcasts may be English only due to being listed as ABEMA live broadcasts.

UPDATE: For now at least Owadasan is headed to England to start his excursion-he has been announced for a Progress Wrestling event next week.
