As mentioned earlier, Pro Wrestling NOAH will be holding a WRESTLE ODYSSEY 2 post-event press conference shortly. You will be able to watch the presser live & on demand FOR FREE on YouTube and below (there probably won’t be any English translation available live) beginning at 8 PM PT/11 PM ET:
Updates I can post and understand without translations will be posted below.
First is the announcement of the Neo Green Boys League over 2 December events then finishing up on 1/1. Sounds like this will be for NOAH’s version of the Young Lions as they introduce participants-Hiroto Tsuruya, Yuto Koyanagi, Hiroya Namiki and RYUSEI. Each gets an opportunity to make comments.(Afterwards, I learned it will be a round-robin format tournament and the eventual winner gets an overseas excursion)
They also announced a TV show called Neo Green Boys Audition, which will follow applicants as they attempt to become recruits and train to become wrestlers. The judges for the program will be Keiji Muto, Naomichi Marufuji & Kenoh. Based on applications being accepted until the end of November, it probably won’t premiere until 2027 but when it does it will be available on YouTube. I could also see it showing up on ABEMA and maybe WRESTLE UNIVERSE.
BREAKING: Just posted on NOAH’s official Twitter: Next up for Naito: Kenoh. That match will happen on 11/9 at Korakuen Hall. This was announced a few minutes later on the presser before Naito & Kenoh are brought out. Naito taunted Kenoh by placing the GHC Heavyweight Championship belt on the table in front of him before it was placed proper in the display. Kenoh with microphone first. Naito eventually interrupted and they went back-and-forth briefly but not looking at each other before the contract was signed to make it official. After more brief comments they open it up to questions from media in attendance.
And that’ll do it. Wraps up at roughly 50 minutes.
