DDT ran a special outdoor mini-event today with free admission for fans outside Shiraishi Castle in Miyagi. Apparently the weather cooperated enough to keep it outdoors (had it rained they would have moved it to a nearby indoor location).
Today’s event was held at Shiraishi Castle Honmaru Square in MIyagi and should be available on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE at a later date. There was no live broadcast.
Because this was a free event and there was no paid attendance, the attendance was not announced.
Match 1: Daisuke Sasaki & KANON beat Hideki Okatani & Kazuma Sumi. KANON beat Sumi with a crucifix cobra twist.
Match 2: Kazuki Hirata, Yuki Iino & Danshoku Dieno beat Yuki Ueno, Toi Kojima & Gorgeous Matsuno. Hirata pinned Kojima.
Match 3: Tetsuya Endo, Yusuke Okada & Yuya Koroku beat HARASHIMA, Yukio Sakaguchi & Antonio Honda. Endo pinned Honda after Burning Star Press.
The next event is 7/15 at Aomori Hanamasu Hall in Aomori. There will be no live broadcast.
