Here are the quick results from tonight’s AEW Collision in Henderson, NV (Las Vegas area):
Match 1: Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli vs. Star Jr. & Esfinge (CMLL)
Result: Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli beat Star Jr. & Esfinge. Moxley beat Star with an armbar. Afterwards, Moxley threw out an open challenge to any team, which brought out FTR. They quickly went at it as security and the locker room tried to break it up, without much success. Bedlam all over the place even as they cut to commercial.
Match 2: Daniel Garcia vs. Shane Taylor
Result: Daniel Garcia beat Shane Taylor by submission
Eddie Kingston calls out Bryan Danielson for a match at Revolution in March, and adds that Danielson will have to shake his hand after Kingston wins.
Match 3: Brian Cage vs. The Outrunners in a handicap match
Result: Brian Cage beat The Outrunners. Squash. Cage laid out the Vegas Golden Knights mascot at ringside afterwards, which brought out Hook Cage & Hook brawled to the backstage area.
Adam Copeland interviewed. Daniel Garcia interrupts and this leads to a match between them for Dynamite on Wednesday for possibly an AEW TNT Championship match.
Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale & Stokely Hathaway interviewed. Nightingale wants an AEW TBS Championship match. Hathaway can’t necessarily make it happen because he claims Tony Khan blocked Hathaway on his phone…
Match 4: Brody King vs. Mark Briscoe
Result: Brody King beat Mark Briscoe

Match 5: Deonna Purrazzo vs. Kiera Hogan
Result: Deonna Purrazzo beat Kiera Hogan by submission
Match 6: AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm vs. Queen Aminata in a NON-TITLE match
Result: Toni Storm beat Queen Aminata. Afterwards, Storm announced her next ‘film” will premiere Wednesday on Dynamite.
Wednesday on Dynamite: The Young Bucks vs. Top Flight, Skye Blue vs. Willow Nightingale, Copeland-Garcia, and we hear from Samoa Joe, Adam Page and Swerve Strickland.

Main Event: AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy vs. Tomohiro Ishii (New Japan) for the title
Result: AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy beat Tomohiro Ishii to retain the title.
It felt like a show that happened. Not a bad episode but I wasn’t really excited about anything with the exception of the fact we got TWO women’s matches on AEW programming for the first time in a very long time. Hey, it’s progress!
