Ganbare Pro 1/31/2026 Results

Ganbare Pro ran their first official event of the year today in Tokyo.

Today’s event-originally to have been held at Takashimadaira Community Center in Tokyo-was moved to Shin-Kiba 1st Ring in Tokyo because the original venue had to cancel in order to prepare for early voting in the upcoming Japanese snap elections coming up in a couple weeks, and will be available on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE Thursday.

The announced paid attendance was 185. All tickets sold before the venue change were honored today.

There was a super-last-minute change to the card due to Moeka Haruhi being off the event. Based on posts on her social media regarding this, it actually appeared to be storyline and she may have been there after all. She was to have faced Chou-un Shiryu, who also wasn’t on the event. Apparently was in a hurry. Hong Kong International Policewoman was the replacement…which apparently turned out to be Haruhi. Hong Kong International Policeman replaced Shiryu.

Match 1: Akira Koji beat Sentaro Motojima.

Match 2: Hong Kong International Policewoman-apparently Moeka Haruhi-beat Hong Kong International Policeman, who I’m guessing was Chou-un Shiryu.

Match 3: Yuna Manase & YuuRI beat Chanyota & Tiger Fang Non. Manase pinned Non after a lariat.

Match 4: Ken Ohka & Mizuki Watase beat Fuminori Abe & Shota Kawakami. Watase pinned Kawakami after a bear elbow.

Match 5: Shuichiro Katsumura & Yuya Susumu beat Yumehito Imanari & Keisuke Ishii. Susumu beat Ishii with a crossface.

Main Event: Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Champion Masaaki Mochizuki beat Shinichiro Tominaga to retain the title. V5 for Mochizuki. Next up: Watase. That amtch will happen on 2/22.

The next event is 2/22 at Takashimadaira Civic Hall. It is scheduled to be available on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE on 2/26.
