GLEAT kicked off a new event series called GLEAT Underground Pro Wrestling today, which is scheduled to run on Fridays for the next 4-5 weeks.
Today’s event was held at Basement MonStar in Tokyo and should be available on drmand on YouTube at a later date. There was no live broadcast.
The announced paid attendance was 87, a legit sellout. VERY SMALL venue.
Match 1: KAZMA SAKAMOTO beat Jo Yamamoto.
Match 2: Kaito Ishida, ARASHI & So Daimonji beat Hayato Tamura, Vent Vert Jack & Kapy. Ishida beat Kapy with a modified ankle hold.
Match 3: Takanori Ito & MICHIKO beat Rock Iwasaki & Kohei Kinoshita. Ito pinned Kinoshita with a German suplex hold.
Match 4: T-Hawk, Naoya Nomura & Yuya Aoki beat Ryuichi Kawakami, Quiet Storm & Shigehiro Itie. T-Hawk pinned Irie.
Match 5: In a G-RUSH Rules Match, G-RUSH Champion Soma Watanabe beat Junjie to retain the title. V2 for Watanabe.
Main Event: El Lindaman & Takehito Yamamura vs. Tetsuya Izuchi & Kotaro Suzuki went to a 30 minute time limit draw.
