GLEAT continued their Underground Pro Wrestling series today with the 3rd event of 5.
Today’s event was held at Basement MonStar in Tokyo and will be available on demand on YouTube at a later date (probably Tuesday or Wednesday). There was no live broadcast.
The announced paid attendance was 91, a legit advance sellout.
Match 1: Takanoti Ito, Junjie & Vent Vert Jack beat T-Hawk, Kotaro Suzuki & Jo Yamamoto. Ito pinned Yamamoto after a middle kick.
Match 2: KAZMA SAKAMOTO & So Daimonji beat Takehiro Yamamura & Kapyz SAKAMOTO pinned Kapy after Razor’s Edge.
Match 3: Rock Iwasaki, Kohei Kinoshita & TBA, revealed at match time to be Chris Vice (apparently I’ve been errantly calling him Chris Weiss based on translations) beat MICHIKO, Hayato Tamura & Minoru Tanaka. Vice pinned MICHIKO after a package piledriver.
Match 4: Tetsuya Izuchi beat Kaito Ishida & El Lindaman in a 3-way by pinning Ishida.
Match 5: In a G-RUSH Match, G-RUSH Champion Soma Watanabe beat G Sharpe to retain the title. V3 for Watanabe.
Main Event: G INFINITY Champions Ryuichi Kawakami & Quiet Storm beat Shigehiro Itie & Yuya Aoki to retain the titles. Kawakami pinned Irie after Strawberry Elephant. V1 for the champs.
