Stardom has announced an injury update coming out of the 5STAR GP and going into September, which may have title implications-Sayaka Kurara will be out of action for now. Unspecified beyond treatment (social media comments I translated hint at possibly neck issues). Out indefinitely but at least 2 weeks because she is now off the 9/6 and 9/12 events (the latter is a PPV). The 9/6 card was already announced without her on it so no changes at this time. It’s not yet known how long Kurara will be out, which could affect the New Blood Tag Team Championship she currently holds with Aya Sakura.
