New Japan held the debut event for TAMASHII today, the promotion’s newest sub-label focusing on the Australia/New Zealand/Pacific Islands region and the growing talent pool that continues to be produced there. Spearheaded by current New Japan wrestler/trainer Bad Luck Fale, who is also the head trainer at New Japan’s New Zealand Dojo, this is the first of two launch events for the brand.
Today’s event was held at Pioneer Recreation and Sports Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand. There was no live broadcast and on demand video likely will not be available.
The announced paid attendance was 650.

Match 5: KENTA beat Andrew Villalobos.
Main Event: Taiji Ishimori beat Aaron Solo by submission.
