New Japan wrapped up the Road To POWER STRUGGLE Tour today with the final day of the Super Junior Tag League prelims.
Today’s event was held at Osaka Prefectural Gym 2 in Osaka and can be watched on demand on New Japan World.

Match 1: Hiromu Takahashi & Yota Tsuji beat Gedo & Taiji Ishimori. Tsuji pinned Gedo after Curb Stomp.

Taiji Ishimori beat DDT Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi to win the title. Ishimori becomes the 1588th Champion.
Match 2: Tomohiro Ishii, Hiroshi Tanahashi & Kazuchika Okada beat Dick Togo, Yujiro Takahashi & EVIL. Tanahashi beat Togo with a Texas Cloverleaf.
Match 3: Boltin Oleg, Oskar Leube, Ren Narita & Shota Umino beat Callum Newman, Great-O-Khan, Jeff Cobb & Will Ospreay. Umino pinned Newman after Blaze Blade.

Match 7: Francesco Akira & TJP beat Kevin Knight & KUSHIDA. Akira pinned Knight after 2/2. K/K OUT.
Main Event: Yoshinobu Kanemaru & Sho beat Master Wato & El Desperado. Sho pinned Wato.
3-way tie at the top at 6-3, 12 pts. As a result of tiebreakers, Akira/TJP finish 1st and Kanemaru/Sho finish 2nd and advance to the Finals on Saturday. DespeWato OUT.
