New Japan has announced changes to this weekend’s TAMASHII launch events: Jeff Cobb is now off both events in Australia & New Zealand. Personal reasons. He was to have faced Michael Richards on Friday and Carter Deams on Sunday. Friday’s card has been almost totally reshuffled as a result:
Match 1 was Richard Mulu & Mark Tui vs. Jordan Allen Wright & Shep Alexander. Chris Miles replaces Mulu.
Match 2 was Jack Bonza vs. Jake Taylor. It’s now Bonza & Bad Luck Fale vs. Taylor & Tony Kozina.
Match 3, Nikolai Anton Bell & Rowan Davis vs. Natural Classics, is now Match 4.
Match 4 was Cobb vs. Michael Richards. It’s now Match 3 and will be Mulu vs. Richards.
Match 5, KENTA vs. Michael Villalobos, is now Match 6.
Match 6, which was Fale & Taiji Ishimori vs. Kozina & Aaron Solo, is now Match 5 and will be Ishimori vs. Solo.
For Sunday, Match 1 was Unsocial Jordan vs. Jordan Allen Wright. Mat Diamond replaces Jordan.
Match 2 was Mat Diamond & Robbie Eagles vs. Richard Mulu & Jake Taylor. It’s now Unsocial Jordan & Aaron Jake vs. Mulu & Taylor.
Match 3 was Cobb vs. Carter Deams. It’s now Eagles vs. Deams.
