New Japan continues CMLL FANTASTICAMANIA today with an event in Osaka. In addition to various CMLL-style matches, the event will feature the Semifinals of the annual tag team tournament, first with Atlantis & Atlantis Jr. facing Magnus & Averno then in the main event it’s Mascara Dorada & Mistico vs. Valiente Jr. & Futuro.
Today’s event will be held at ATC Hall C in Osaka and can be watched LIVE on New Japan World in Japanese. English will be available on demand at a later time/date. There are only 6 matches today and although the tournament matches have no time limit, based on the rest of the card I anticipate this event being on the rather short side at probably just under 2 hours.

The paid attendance will be announced after the event. This segment of the venue has a max capacity of just over 1100 but it probably will be a little smaller and looks mostly full from what I see. I’ll make an initial guess of around 900.

Match 2: OKUMURA, Satoshi Kojima & Ultimo Guerrero vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru, Sho & Yujiro Takahashi. 20 minute time limit
Result: Yoshinobu Kanemaro, Sho & Yujiro Takahashi beat OKUMURA, Satoshi Kojima & Ultimo Guerrero. Takahashi pinned Kojima. I missed the finish due to stream technical issues.
