Pro Wrestling NOAH 10/7/22 Results (Updated)

Pro Wrestling NOAH continued the STAR NAVIGATION 2022 Tour with the first half of another Tokyo doubleheader today, beginning the build to the next blowout event at the end of the month.

Today’s event was held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and will be available on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE at a later date. The live broadcast was only on ABEMA in Japan, but for a limited time you can also watch the first 2 matches FOR FREE on YouTube.

The announced paid attendance was 625.

Match 1: Kai Fujimura beat Taishi Ozawa.

Match 2: Yoshinari Ogawa, Jack Morris & Yasutaka Yano beat NOSAWA Rongai, Eita & Super Crazy. Morris pinned NOSAWA.

Match 3: Masato Tanaka, Masaaki Mochizuki & Kendo Ka Shin beat Masa Kitamiya, Shuhei Taniguchi & Daiki Inaba. Tanaka pinned Inaba after Sliding D.

Match 4: Shuji Kondo, Tadasuke, Hajime Ohara & Hi69 beat Atsushi Kotoge, Seiki Yoshioka, YO-HEY & Alejandro. Tadasuke pinned Yoshioka after Jidanda Lariat.

Match 5: HAYATA & Chris Ridgeway beat Ninja Mack & Extreme Tiger. HAYATA pinned Tiger.

Match 6: Kenoh, Masakatsu Funaki, Katsuhiko Nakajima & Manabu Soya beat Takashi Sugiura, Satoshi Kojima, Naomichi Marufuji & Kazushi Sakuraba. Nakajima pinned Sugiura after Vertical Spike.

Main Event: Kazuyuki Fujita & Hideki Suzuki beat Kaito Kiyomiya & Yoshiki Inamura. Fujita pinned Inamura after a powerbomb.

In post-event news, the main event of 10/16 (Kenoh & Masakatsu Funaki vs. Sakuraba & Hideki Suzuki) and the GHC National Championship match (Funaki vs. Kitamiya and a just-announced GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Championship match (Kojima & Sugiura vs. Kenoh & Nakajima) for 10/30 have been changed to GHC Martial Arts Rules matches. Those rules are as follows: No pinfalls, win by KO, TKO or submission only, ring outs and other fouls will result in a Yellow Card-3 Yellow Cards ends the match by DQ. If a DQ happens because of 3 Yellow Cards, the titles can change hands.
