STARDOM CRIMSON NIGHTMARE 2026, the promotion’s monthly (not-quite-this-time) blowout event, is now in the books.
Today’s event was held at Ebara Wave Arena Ota/Ota City General Gym in Tokyo and can be watched on demand as a PPV for 3300 Japanese yen (around $20 US) until roughly mid-November. You can also watch the first 2 matches FOR FREE on YouTube.
The paid attendance has not yet been announced. Based on advance sales it probably wasn’t good, no areas sold out. They usually don’t do weeknight PPVs and ones that start at 7 PM Japan time no less.
Match 1: AZM & Miyu Amasaki beat Mei Seira & Ema Maishima. AZM pinned Maishima after a diving foot stomp.
Match 2: Maki Itoh, Kikyo Furusawa & Rian beat Syuri, Ami Sohrei & Hina and Rina Yamashita, Itsuki Aoki & Akira Kurogame in a 3-way when Itoh pinned Kurogame.
Match 3: Aya Sakura, Sayaka Kurara, Saori Anou & Anne Kanaya beat Lady C, Tomoka Inaba, Ranna Yagami & Kiyoka Kokatsu. Kurara pinned Kokatsu after a falcon arrow.
Match 4: In a 16-woman elimination match, Stars beat H.A.T.E. Over the top rope rules in effect but it was not No DQ. Order of elimination: Waka Tsukiyama by Azusa Inaba, Yuria Hime by Rina, Matoi Hamabe by Ruaka, Inaba by HANAKO, Konami by Saya Iida, Iida by Saya Kamitani, Rina by Maika, HANAKO by Ruaka, Ruaka by Hanan, Kamitani & Momo Watanabe by Utami Hayashishita, Hayashishita by Bea Priestley, Priestley by Maika, Maika by Natsuko Tora, Tora by Hanan. Hanan wins. Impressive considering, while it was initially the jobbers that went out first, Stars was quickly down 8-5 then 7-4 and 6-3but rallied back to stay in it and ultimately Hayashishita turned the tide by getting them to 3-3 after H.A.T.E. led all the way and was still up 5-3 at the time. Should be fun to watch when it hits Stardom World.
Match 5: Natsupoi & Shingo Takagi (New Japan) beat Yuna Mizumori & Hirooki Goto (New Japan). Natsupoi pinned Mizumori.
Main Event: World Of Stardom Champion Suzu Suzuki beat Starlight Kid to retain the title. V3 for Suzuki. Once again it raises the question about Kid and the red belt continuing to elude her after 10+ years-not when will she win it, but will she ever? It’s the one thing in Stardom still missing from her career.
The next event is the Goddess Of Stardom Tag League starting Sunday at Korakuen Hall. Broadcast plans TBA. It almost certainly will be live on Stardom World as I can’t see them doing another PPV in just 36 hours (they probably will save that for the Finals). Should it be on Stardom World, live streaming will begin Saturday at 7:30 PM PT/10:30 PM ET. This should be confirmed in the next day.
Additionally, a title match was held in All Elite Wrestling last night. This was TAPED and will not air until Saturday in the US (Sunday in Japan) so only click below if you want SPOILERS!
Artist Of Stardom Champions Thekla, Julia Hart & Skye Blue beat Hazuki, Koguma & Fuwa-chan to retain the titles. V2 for the champs.
