Pro Wrestling NOAH ran a Kongo Produced event as the second half of their doubleheader today, again spotlighting the red-colored heel faction in the promotion. Every match featured Kongo vs. NOAH, but the main event was all Kongo.
Today’s event was held at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring in Tokyo and can be watched on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE.
The announced paid attendance was 288, a legit advance sellout. Vocal cheering was allowed.
Match 1: Hi69 beat Alejandro.
Match 2: Manabu Soya & Shuji Kondo beat Daiki Inaba & Seiki Yoshioka. Soya pinned Inaba.
Match 3: Masakatsu Funaki beat Yoshiki Inamura.
Match 4: Katsuhiko Nakajima vs. Satoshi Kojima went to a 30 minute time limit draw.
Match 5: AMAKUSA beat Tadasuke.
Main Event: Kenoh beat Hajime Ohara.
The next event is tomorrow at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, the last event of the 2022 portion of the never-ending STAR NAVIGATION Tour. There will be no live broadcast outside Japan as this is an ABEMA-only event, but it should be available on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE after the event ends.
