In other news, the promotion announced on Twitter that OZAWA’s official Twitter account has been hacked. It has been locked while recovery efforts are underway but they caution users not to click on any messages or links from the account. This is the second major incident affecting Japanese wrestlers recently following New Japan wrestler Yuji Nagata having his account hacked & taken over by crypto pushers/scammers. After failed attempts to recover the account, including fellow wrestlers like Josh Barnett trying to amplify the issue and get higher-up help (which won’t happen because of how Musky it is there), Nagata made a new account about a week ago and is back to his normal online self.

Pro Wrestling NOAH 3/8/2026 LIVE Results (Updated)

APEX CONQUEST 2026 in YOKOHAMA, Pro Wrestling NOAH’s next blowout event, is on tap today in Yokohama and Yoshiki Inamura is finally getting what he wants in the main event. Having survived the Team 2000X Gauntlet as GHC Heavyweight Champion, he now gets the man he first and most wanted to defend the title against-Kenoh. A lot has changed since they last faced off some 3 years ago, before Inamura went off on a pair of training excursions including to WWE after briefly coming back from Europe and changing his name to YOICHI. Now “Mr. Smack Daddy” tests himself once again against the Fist King. There are 2 other title matches before that-as their prize for winning the NOAH Jr. Tag League, Dragon Bane & Alejandro get to face GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Daga & Daiki Odashima for the titles and, in post-tournament fallout. GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion AMAKUSA defends the title against Mark Trew.

Today’s event will be held at Yokohama Budokan in Yokohama and can be watched LIVE on WRESTLE UNIVERSE in English. This is an exclusive ABEMA broadcast in Japan in Japanese, which will be available on demand shortly after the event. Since this is a blowout event with 3 title matches I anticipate the running time being close to 4 hours, which means if you’re not on the west coast of the US, and in particular in the eastern US, it’s going to be wacky tonight due to the time change forward.

Today’s lineup:
Atsushi Kotoge, Mohammed Yone & Hajime Ohara vs. Manabu Soya, Shuhei Taniguchi & Midori Takahashi
Alpha Wolf, Kai Fumiiura, Tadasuke & Jun Masaoka vs. Eita, Kieron Lacey, Black Menso-re & Katsumi Inahata
Naomichi Marufuji & Hiroto Tsuruya vs. Angel Reyes & RYUSEI
KENTA, HAYATA, Tetsuya Endo & Yuto Koyanagi vs. OZAWA, Masa Kitamiya, Takashi Sugiura & Knull
Kaito Kiyomiya vs. Galeno
GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Daga & Daiki Odashima vs. Dragon Bane & Alejandro for the titles
GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion AMAKUSA vs. Mark Trew for the title
GHC Heavyweight Champion Yoshiki Inamura vs. Kenoh for the title

Updates below will begin at 10 PM PT/1 AM ET. The live stream is scheduled to begin 20 minutes before the event.

9:40 PM PT UPDATE: The live stream has begun. We should be going to the venue in 10 minutes.

9:50 PM PT UPDATE: Live updates begin now.

We are LIVE from Yokohama Budokan in Yokohama, Japan. Your hosts are Stewart (BANG!) Fulton & Mark Pickering.

The paid attendance will be announced after the event. Depending on who you ask, the venue’s full capacity is either 3000 or 5000 but the setup leans towards the former. The crowd behind Japanese commentary (with, as usual for ABEMA and some WRESTLE UNIVERSE events, Akitoshi Saito as a guest) looks decent already, not sure what the setup is for but I’ll predict low based on history and guess it’ll be around 1500. (UPDATE: The announced paid attendance was 1904)

The matches should begin in about 15 minutes. During the card preview commentary mentioned Daiki Odashima is wrestling injured. Right knee.

The matches begin at 10:03 PM PT/1:03 AM ET. Remember to set clocks forward an hour at 2 AM!

Match 3: Naomichi Marufuji & Hiroto Tsuruya vs. Angel Reyes & RYUSEI. 20 minute time limit

Match 6: GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Daga & Daiki Odashima vs. Dragon Bane & Alejandro for the titles, 1 Hour time limit
Result: Dragon Bane & Alejandro beat GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Daga & Daiki Odashima to win the titles. Bane & Alejandro become the 65th GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions. Bane pinned Odashima after a shooting star press. Next up: But of course…Team 2000X. Tadasuke & Masaoka.

Keiji Muto is now a guest on Japanese commentary.

Match 7: GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion AMAKUSA vs. Mark Trew for the title. 1 Hour time limit
Result: GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion AMAKUSA beat Mark Trew to retain the title. V2 for AMAKUSA.

Main Event: GHC Heavyweight Champion Yoshiki Inamura vs. Kenoh for the title. 1 Hour time limit
Result: GHC Heavyweight Champion Yoshiki Inamura beat Kenoh to retain the title. V5 for Inamura. Next up: KENTA.

This was a much shorter event than I anticipated, checking in at just under 3 hours total.

The next event is UNIVERSE MAGIC Monday at Shinjuku Face in Tokyo. Live streaming on WRESTLE UNIVERSE will begin at 3 AM PT/6 AM ET. (MONDAY MAGIC, by the way, will be back in mid-May for the next 3-episode season)

UPDATE: KENTA is not next for Inamura. Team 2000X isn’t done with the champ yet…Alpha Wolf is next. That match will happen on 4/12 at Kinjo Pier Arena in Nagoya, as will Bane $ Alejandro’s first GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship defense. The challengers are Kid Lykos 1 & 2. Inamura-Wolf will not be for the GHC. National Championship at this time.

In other news/fallout, the next tournament coming in May & June will be the NEO GLOBAL TAG LEAGUE 2026, a Heavyweight tag team tournament. It will be a round-robin block format event. Participation TBA. Mercari was announced as title sponsor for the tournament.

The promotion also announced the Golden Week event cards for 5/3 and 5/5 will not be announced in advance.

Pro Wrestling NOAH 3/1/2026 LIVE Results (Updated)

Pro Wrestling NOAH wraps up the NOAH Jr. Tag League today with the Finals. The top 2 after the preliminary round face off today and it’s the promotion’s lucha brothers running it back-after Alpha Wolf turned on brother Dragon Bane to defect to Team 2000X and take the GHC National Championship with him, they are on opposite sides once again and this time for the league victory. Wolf teamed with Kai Fujimura, who also turned heel and joined Yoshitatsu’s faction before the tournament, to finish first while Bane & partner Alejandro finished second. Besides the league victory, the winners will likely earn a GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship match against champions Daga & Daiki Odashima in the future.

Today’s event will be held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and can be watched LIVE on WRESTLE UNIVERSE in Japanese & English. There are 8 matches planned but no title matches today, despite that with the main event being no time limit I anticipate this being on the longer side for a “normal” Korakuen event with a running time of about 3 hours.

AMAKUSA & Black Menso-re vs. Eita & Katsumi Inagata
KENTA, HAYATA & Tetsiua Endo vs. Daga, Daiki Odashima & Midori Takahashi

The paid attendance will be announced after the event. It’s already a near-sellout based on advance ticket sales coming into today but probably no standing room seats. Sounds like it’s whether or not they may get to 1500 but I’ll guess a super full house of 1450. (UPDATE: The announced paid attendance was 1396)

UPDATE: Both hinted-at title matches today will happen on 3/8. That makes 3 title matches for the event along with Inamura-Kenoh.

Pro Wrestling NOAH 2/23/2026 LIVE Results

Pro Wrestling NOAH finishes up the preliminary round of the NOAH Jr. Tag League today with a holiday matinee in Fukuoka. 5 teams still have a chance at the top 2 spots that advance to the Finals, and while Alpha Wolf & Kai Fujimura have a 2-point advantage they’re not clear by any means. The other 4 teams are at 8 points which could make for some complicated tiebreaker scenarios.

Today’s event will be held at Acros Fukuoka in Fukuoka and can be watched LIVE on WRESTLE UNIVERSE. There will be no commentary. There are 8 matches scheduled today so it may run a little longer than a normal house show although the tournament matches are only 15 minute time limits, so I’ll predict the running time will be around 2 1/4 hours.

Today’s lineup:
Kaito Kiyomiya & Harutoki vs. Kenoh & Yuto Koyanagi
Galeno vs. Midori Takahashi
Naomichi Marufuji, Mohammed Yone & Hiroto Tsuruya vs. KENTA, HAYATA & Tetsuya Endo

7:55 PM PT UPDATE: Live updates begin now.

We are LIVE from Acros Fukuoka in Fukuoka, Japan. There is no commentary.

The paid attendance will be announced after the event. The setup appears to be for around 500 (I think the full capacity for wrestling is 650-700) and while the crowd is still filing in right now it’s a mixed bag. I’ll guess it’ll be a little on the low side for a holiday midday Monday and say it’ll be around 350. (UPDATE: The announced paid attendance was 559. Really late arriving crowd I guess, but we also couldn’t see much on hard camera)

The matches will begin shortly.

Eita/Inahata finish 1-5-1, 3 pts. Kotoge & Hi69 finish 2-5, 4 pts.

AMAKUSA/Menso-re finish 1-5-1, 3 pts. Tadasuke/Masaoka finish 4-3, 8 pts. They now need an absolute miracle and then some to have any chance at finishing top 2 due to tiebreakers-they only beat Dragon Bane & Alejandro.

The matches resume at 9:14 PM PT/12:15 AM ET.

Bane/Alejandro finish 5-2, 10 pts. Daga/Odashima finish 4-3, 8 pts. As a result, Bane/Odashima finish 2nd and advance to the Finals.
The Final will be Wolf/Fujimura vs. Bane/Alejandro. The winner likely will face Daga/Odashima in the near future for the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship.

The Final is Sunday at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo. Live streaming on WRESTLE UNIVERSE will begin Saturday at 6:30 PM PT/9:30 PM ET.
