Stardom 9/27/25 LIVE Results (Updated x2)

Stardom begins the road to their next blowout PPV today with a major event in Tokyo. The main event is a double title match betwern Saya Kamitani & AZM for the World Of Stardom and STRONG Women’s Championships, representing perhaps a second coronation for the Phenex Queen as she could become a double champion once again. A second title match features a Future Of Stardom Championship match as HABAKO again challenges Hina for the title while Hina tries to get closer to the successful defense records ahead of her held by sisters Hanan & Rina. Elsewhere, Syuri returns for the first time since leaving earlier this year for an excursion that wound up being to All Elite Wrestling, and Tae Honma makes her last Stardom appearance before retiring next month.

Today’s event will be held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and can be watched LIVE on Stardom World in Japanese. And thanks to an emergency decision yesterday, you will also be able to watch the entire event FOR FREE on YouTube. There are 9 matches scheduled including a potential pre-show match and given there usually is an intermission the event probably will run longer than usual for Korakuen, I’m anticipating around 3 hours.

Today’s lineup (match order TBA except for first match):
Yuria Hime vs. Kikyo Furusawa (pre-show)
Tae Honma, Saori Anou & Natsupoi vs. Ranna Yagami, Sayaka Kurara & Rian
Hanan, Saya Iida & Bea Priestley vs. Momo Watanabe, Konami & Fukigen
Saki Kashima vs. Waka Tsukiyama & Momo Kohgo in a 3-way (Updated, see below)
Starlight Kid, Mei Seira, Miyu Amasaki & Ema Maishima vs. Rina Yamashita, Itsuki Aoki, Bozilla & Akira Kurogame and Hazuki, Koguma, Aya Sakura & Yuna Mizumori in a 3-way
Ami Sohrei, Lady C & Kiyoka Kokatsu vs. Natsuko Tora, Rina & Ruaka
Syuri & Tomoka Inaba vs. Sareee & Kaoru Ito
Future Of Stardom Champion Hina vs. HANAKO for the title
World Of Stardom Champion Saya Kamitani vs. STRONG Women’s Champion AZM for the titles

Updates below will begin at 7:30 PM PT/10:30 PM ET. If the pre-show match is part of the YouTube broadcast that I will be watching, updates will instead begin at 7:10 PM PT/10:10 PM ET. (Pre-show Update: It will be, so updates will begin at 7:10 PM PT/10:10 PM ET)

7:10 PM PT UPDATE: Live updates begin now.

We are LIVE from Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Your hoses are Haruo Murata & Makoto Oe. This appears to also be a live Samurai! TV broadcast.

The paid attendance will be announced after the event. Although still 20 minutes until the main start time, the venue is already looking at least 75-80% full. Not sure about a sellout, but already looking like at least 1250-1300. (UPDATE: The announced paid attendance was 1638, a legit sellout)

Pre-show match: Yuria Hime vs. Kikyo Furusawa. 15 minute time limit
Result: Yuria Hime beat Kikyo Furusawa by submission. Short match at just over 5 minutes but really good, a lot of creative submission attempts and more.

Updates will resume at 7:30 PM PT/10:30 PM ET.

LAST-SECOND PRE-SHOW UPDATE: There has been a last-second change to the event because Saki Kashima is now off. The always-vague poor health. The 3-way is now just Waka Tsukiyama vs. Momo Kohgo. This was announced at the beginning of the main card.

The matches begin at 7:34 PM PT/10:34 PM ET.

Match 1: Tae Honma (Independent/Freelancer), Saori Anou & Natsupoi vs. Ranna Yagami, Sayaka Kurara & Rian. 20 minute time limit

Match 7: Future Of Stardom Champion Hina vs. HANAKO for the title. 15 minute time limit
Result: HANAKO beat Future Of Stardom Champion Hina to win the title. HANAKO becomes the 13th Future Of Stardom Champion. With practically no time left! Maybe 1-2 seconds before a draw (actually not that close…49 seconds left). Next up: Aya Sakura.

Main Event: World Of Stardom Champion Saya Kamitani vs. STRONG Women’s Champion AZM for the titles. 30 minute time limit
Result: World Of Stardom Champion Saya Kamitani beat STRONG Women’s Champion AZM to win the STRONG title and retain the World Of Stardom Title. Kamitani becomes the 6th STRONG Women’s Champion. World Of Stardom V6 for Kamitani. Guess there’s some rioting on the Twitter going on because some poor suckers refuse to Embrace The H.A.T.E. Bow Down Before Your PHENEX QUEEN! As soon as AZM was sent off, Momo Watanabe hit the ring. She has a title shot of her choice in hand for winning the 5STAR GP, and it’s cash-in time. Sounds like she wants the STRONG title. Updates to come hopesully soon.

The next event is Sunday at Sunrec Kitakami in Iwate. There will be no live broadcast.

UPDATE: Turns out Watanabe wants BOTH titles Kamitani holds and is getting her shot at them. That match will happen on 11/3 at Ota City General Gym on PPV.

UPDATE 2 (9/28/25): HANAKO-Sakura for the Future Of Stardom Championship is official. That match will happen on 10/5 at HISTORIC X-OVER in Guangzhou, China.

There were several last-minute changes to the event due to Miyu Amasaki being pulled off the card late. The always vague poor health.

Match 5: Natsupoi beat Yuna Mizumori.

Live streaming on Stardom World will begin Friday at 7:30 PM PT/10:30 PM ET.

Injury Report: Sidelined Stardoms

Stardom has announced a pair of injury updates today as both Mei Seira & Suzu Suzuki are now sidelined. Undisclosed injuries & treatment. Seira is out “a short time” but at least the next event. Suzuki is expected to be out about a month. That suggests both have minor injuries. It sounds like it will not affect the High Speed Championship held by Seira.

More as it becomes available.

Stardom 9/10/25 Results (Updated)

Match 8: In a 2/3 Falls Match, High Speed Champion Mei Seira vs. Yuna Mizumori went to a 10 minute time limit draw. As a result, Seira retains the title. V7 for Seira.

Main Event: Konami, Rina & Fukigen beat Artist Of Stardom Champions Starlight Kid, AZM & Miyu Amasaki to win the titles. Konami, Rina & Fukigen become the 35th Artist Of Stardom Champions. Konami pinned Kid. Also, after this match a DOUBLE TITLE match was announced-Kamitani vs. AZM for both the World Of Stardom Championship held by Kamitani and the STRONG Women’s Championship held by AZM. That match will happen on 9/27.

The next event is Saturday at Sanjo City Welfare Hall in Niigata. Live streaming on Stardom World will begin Friday at 9 PM PT/midnight ET.

UPDATE: The Koguma-Sileta ref stoppage was due to a Sileta injury. It appears to have happened during a Koguma swinging DDT to Sileta outside the ring and, based on photos posted by Stardom, may have been an arm or shoulder injury.

Stardom 8/23/25 Results (Updated x2)

Stardom wrapped up the 2025 5STAR GP today with the Semifinals and Finals.

Today’s event was held at Ota City General Gym in Tokyo and can be watched on demand as a PPV on Stardom World for 4400 Japanese yen (around $31 US) until 9/1. After that it should be available without additional purchase for all monthly subscribers. You can also watch the first match FOR FREE on YouTube.

The paid attendance has not yet been announced. (UPDATE: The announced paid attendance was 2856)

Pre-show match: Momo Kohgo & Yuria Hime beat Lady C & Kiyoka Kokatsu, Emi Maishima & Kikyo Furusawa and Azusa Inaba & Fukigen in a 4-way when Hime beat Maishima.

Match 1: Saya Kamitani, Natsuko Tora & Ruaka beat Bea Priestley, Hanan & Saya Iida. Kamitani pinned Iida after Star Crusher.

Match 7: Ami Sohrei & Tomoka Inaba beat Starlight Kid & Miyu Amasaki. Inaba beat Amasaki.

Match 8: Future Of Stardom Champion Hina beat Ranna Yagami by submission to retain the title. V6 for Hina. That means if she gets one more, she will be 3rd all time in successful defenses in a reign behind only her sisters Hanan & Rina. Currently she is tied for 3rd.

Match 9: IWGP Women’s Champion Sareee beat Konami to retain the title. V1 for Sareee.

Main Event: 5STAR GP Finals: Momo Watanabe beat AZM to win the tournament. As a result, Watanabe will presumably get a World Of Stardom Championship match after the upcoming Saya Kamitani-Bea Priestley title match. If Kamitani retains then it could well be an all-H.A.T.E. affair. Nice.

The next event is 9/6 at Yokohama Budokan in Yokohama. Broadcast plans TBA but with Kamitani-Priestley set and Natsuko Tora vs. Mayumi Ozaki I’m thinking it will be another PPV.

UPDATE: The post-tournament presser is being held, updates to follow but coming out of it is Wonder Of Stardom Champion Starlight Kid vs. Tomoka Inaba for the title, which has been added to 9/6.
Just added after this update was posted: CMLL Japan Women’s Champion Dark Sileta vs. Koguma for the title has been announced for 9/10 at Korakuen Hall.

Also a correction to above: For winning the 5STAR GP Momo Watanabe does get a title shot, but it’s her choice and not necessarily World Of Stardom.

Next up for Hina & the Future Of Stardom Championship: Yuria Hime. That match will happen on 9/10. Also official for 9/10: High Speed Champion Mei Seira vs. Yuna Mizumori for the title and Artist Of Stardom Champions Starlight Kid, AZM & Miyu Amasaki vs. Konami, Rina & Fukigen for the titles. This match was originally planned for 7/5 but was cancelled at the time due to a Rina injury.

Next up for Sareee for the IWGP Women’s Championship: Suzu Suzuki. That match will happen on 9/6.

UPDATE 2: Bea Priestley will be staying with Stardom for the near future. It’s not known if she signed with the promotion but she will be affiliated with them.

As a result, the Semifinals are Anou vs. Watanabe and AZM vs. Rina. It could well be all H.A.T.E. in the Finals.

The Semifinals and Finals are Saturday at Ota City General Gym. Live streaming on Stardom World as a PPV for 4400 Japanese yen (around $30 US) will begin at midnight PT/3 AM ET. PPV purchase and viewing will be available until 9/1.

UPDATE: It has been announced by All Elite Wrestling that Bozilla will be the Stardom representative in a 4-way at Sunday’s Forbidden Door PPV against AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, Persephone & Alex Windsor for the title. So while Saturday’s card has not been announced it’s safe to say Bozilla will be off because the AEW/New Japan PPV Sunday is in London, England.

UPDATE 2: The full cards for Saturday and 9/6 at Yokohama Budokan in Yokohama were announced, and there are several title matches between both events: First up, 9/6 will see Kamitani defend the World Of Stardom Championship but not against the 5STAR GP winner. It will be against Bea Priestley. This came about in backstage comments yesterday. Priestley was the only one to beat Kamitani in the preliminary rounds of the tournament. Saturday now has 2 title matches: IWGP Women’s Champion Sareee vs. Konami for the title and Future Of Stardom Champion Hina vs. Ranna Yagami for the title.

(A)-Wins block and will advance to Semifinals
(*)-Will finish 2nd or 3rd in block and advance to Quarterfinals

The top 3 in each block advance.
In Red A, Kamitani wins the block and will advance to the Semifinals. Priestley will finish 2nd and is through to the Quarterfinals but will still try to spoil Kamitani’s unbeaten run tomorrow. 3rd depends on Hanan, if she wins her final match tomorrow or goes to a time limit draw (Mizumori), she finishes 3rd and advances. If Mizumori wins or it’s a no point scenario for both, there probably will have to be a tiebreaker match between Hanan & Seira because their head-to-head result was a time limit draw.
In Red B, it’s 4 fighting for 3-AZM has the lead ahead of her final match tomorrow (Kurara) and a win puts her through. The Kid-Natsupoi winner, if there is one, also advances and that also means Rina advances. If it’s a time limit draw, it’s complicated because of tiebreakers. Rina has no tiebreakers because she lost to AZM and Natsupoi plus went to a time limit draw with Kid today. AZM has tiebreaker over Natsupoi & Rina but went to a draw with Kid. Kid’s only loss so far is to Inaba but has the 2 draws. But multi-way ties likely mean the odd one out is Rina.
In Blue A, Anou advanced with her win today and Bozilla is also advancing. Who wins the block will be determined tomorrow when Bozilla faces Sohrei-if Bozilla wins, she goes to the Semifinals. If Sohrei wins, Anou goes to the Semifinals and Sohrei also advances. If a time limit draw, they may need a tiebreaker match because Bozilla-Anou was a draw but Sohrei will advance in 3rd. Also, if Bozilla wins, both Amasaki & Iida have a chance to advance but it can get complicated. The simple ways: On tiebreakers Sohrei beats Iida but Amasaki beats Sohrei. In a 3-way tie, same but Iida beat Amasaki today, so…yeah.
In Blue B it’s also wide open but I’m marking Sareee as advancing because it appears she has all the tiebreakers-her only loss is to Konami and her draw is against Suzuki. Yagami is mathematically alive but has an extremely narrow path in-she must beat Suzuki to have any chance. However, tiebreakers do not favor her so in all straight-up scenarios she is out. After her epic collapse and finishing with 3 straight losses, Watanabe is on the hotseat but can still advance, for that to happen HANAKO must lose her final match (Hina) or Yagami must beat Suzuki and then Watanabe has tiebreakers. HANAKO advances with a win. Suzuki must beat Yagami or have Hina beat HANAKO.

The final day of the preliminary rounds is tomorrow at Act City Hamamatsu Exhibition Event Hall Block 2 in Shizuoka. Live streaming on Stardom World will begin TONIGHT at 9 PM PT/midnight ET.

Stardom 8/11/25 Results

Stardom continued the 5STAR GP today in Kobe with the Blue Blocks.

Today’s event was held at Kobe Art Center in Kobe and can be watched on demand on Stardom World. You can also watch the first 2 matches FOR FREE on YouTube.

The announced paid attendance was 689.

All matches were 5STAR GP Blue Block matches.

Match 1: Block A: Ruaka beat Yuria Hime.

Match 2: Block B: Ranna Yagami beat Momo Kohgo.

Match 3: Block A: Miyu Amasaki beat Ami Sohrei.

Match 4: Block B: Hina beat Momo Watanabe.

Match 5: Block A: Bozilla beat Saya Iida.

Match 6: Block B: Sareee beat HANAKO.

Match 7: Block B: Suzu Suzuki beat Konami.

Main Event: Block A: Saori Anou beat Aya Sakura.

Standings-wise, Bozilla still leads Block A at 4-0-2, 10 points and will advance as she has clinched a top 3 finish. Anou is 2nd at 4-1-1, 9 points and only needs to avoid an apocalyptic upset loss to winless Hime in her final match to advance, but a time limit draw & point also puts her through. Sohrei is 3rd at 4-2, 8 points and will advance with a win in her final match, but that final match is against Bozilla. If Bozilla beats Sohrei, Ruaka (3-2-1, 7 pts) can slip into 3rd and advance by beating Amasaki in their final match. Amasaki’s only hope to advance is she must beat Ruaka and Sohrei must lose, then Amasaki has tie tiebreaker. Iida is not OUT of contention. Sakura’s gamble of giving up the forfeit over Ruaka in favor of waiting for the match has, at least for Sakura, spectacularly backfired. She is only 1-4, 2 points and now OUT of contention. Had she kept the forfeit and 2 points, she still would have a chance. In Block B, Watanabe & Suzuki still lead at 8 points but Watanabe has now fallen to 4-3 after a 4-0 start, Suzuki is 3-1-2. Sareee & HANAKO are tied for 3rd at 3-1-1, 7 points but today’s result gives Sareee the tiebreaker. Yagami is 3-3, 6 points but still has a chance to advance if she can beat Suzuki. Despite her win today, Hina is OUT as are Konami and Kohgo. The top 3 in each block advance.

The next event is Saturday at Yokohama Budokan in Yokohama with 12 total matches across all blocks. Live streaming on Stardom World will begin Friday at 11:30 PM PT/2:30 AM ET.
