TJPW News: Late 4/29 Changes (Updated)

Tokyo Joshi Pro has announced late changes for the 4/29 event: The one-day trios tournament has undergone a shakeup because Nao Kakuta is now off the event. Family issues. She was to have teamed with Hikari Noa & Wakana Uehara in the tournament. As a result, their original opponents-Suzume, Arisu Endo & Neko Haruna-will automatically advance to the Semifinals and Noa vs. Uehara has been added to the event. It’s not known if Kakuta will miss any additional time beyond this, but if so the concern is the next event she is on is the big one-Korakuen Hall on 5/5 for the annual Golden Week blowout event. There is an event Monday (TJPW INSPIRATION) but Kakuta is not on that event.

More as it becomes available.

UPDATE: In other TJPW news, the Sawyer Wreck-Hikari Noa match on Monday’s event has been changed and is now a fluorescent light tubes death match.
