All-Japan continued the SUMMER ACTION SERIES 2022 Tour with a small house show today, continuing to build to the upcoming Royal Road tournament.
Today’s event was held at 2AW Square in Chiba and can be watched on demand on AJPW.TV.
The announced paid attendance was 150. It’s a very small venue so that’s not a bad number.
Match 1: Takao Omori & Ruo Inoue beat Shotaro Ashino & Seigo Tachibana. Omori pinned Tachibana after Ax Bomber.
Match 2: Tajiri & Curys beat Izanagi & Black Menso-re. Curys pinned Menso-re after a reverse splash.
Match 3: Renji Ayabe beat Dan Tamura.
Match 4: Yuma Aoyagi beat Yoshitatsu.
Match 5: Mitsuru Sato beat Suwama by DQ. Chalk usage.
Match 6: Shuji Ishikawa beat Tatsuki Honda.
Match 7: Kento Miyahara vs. Ryo Aoyagi went to a 15 minute time limit draw.
Main Event: Jake Lee & Hokuto Omori beat Naoya Nomura & Mizuki Watase. Lee pinned Watase after D4C.
The next event is Friday at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring in Tokyo, which will feature an All-Asia Tag Team Title match. Live streaming on AJPW.TV will begin at 2:30 AM PT/5:30 AM ET.
