Stardom continues their weekend slate today with a matinee in Tokyo. With just over 2 weeks until the next PPV, the plan was to continue the build to some upcoming major title matches but, unfortunately, plans changed. There also was a title match added earlier this week as Yuna Mizumori will defend the High Speed Championship against Natsupoi, who apparently is getting her last chance to win the title before retirement in just under 3 months.
There have been many changes to the planned card due to Suzu Suzuki & Anne Kanaya being pulled off the event. Suzuki-the always vague poor health. Kanaya-unspecified injury in training. Both are also off the next event.
Today’s event will be held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and can be watched LIVE on Stardom World, presumably in Japanese. With the card changes there currently are 7 matches planned, with the intermission I imagine the card will have a standard Korakuen running time of about 2 1/2 hours.
Today’s lineup (match order TBA):
Aya Sakura vs. Kikyo Furusawa & Rian in a handicap match
Utami Hayashishita, Waka Tsukiyama & Matoi Hamabe vs. Konami, Ruaka & Rina
Ranna Yagami & Kiyoka Kokatsu vs. Saya Kamitani & Azusa Inaba
Saori Anou vs. Rina Yamashita, Maki Itoh & Natsuko Tora in a 4-way
Hanan, Saya Iida & HANAKO vs. Syuri, Hina & Lady C
Starlight Kid, AZM, Miyu Amasaki, Mei Seira & Ema Maishima vs. Itsuki Aoki, Akira Kurogame, Hazuki, Koguma & Fuwa-chan
High Speed Champion Yuna Mizumori vs. Natsupoi for the title
