According to DDT’s English language Twitter, there are likely to be last-minute changes to today’s ALL TOGETHER card because Tetsuya Endo is now off. Injured at yesterday’s DDT event. No word on a potential replacement but he wants Shunma Katsumata to be the replacement. With New Japan’s website down for maintenance we may bot find out what happens before event time.

Tokyo Joshi Pro “YES! WONDERLAND” 2024 Results (5/6/24)
Tokyo Joshi Pro holds their annual Golden Week blowout event, YES! WONDERLAND” 2024, today. Usually events like this would have all 3 titles defended but there are only 2 title matches today on the 8-match lineup as the International Princess Championship will not be fought for. Instead, to commemorate the 3rd Anniversary of Yuki Arai’s debut (which was in actuality a day or two ago) she will be in a special tag match. The 2 title matches are headlining the event of course-first up, Princess Tag Team Champions Suzume & Arisu Endo will defend their titles against the team of Wakana Uehara & HIMAWARI. In the main event, Princess Of Princess Champion Miu Watanabe defends against Shoko Nakajima, who will try to become the 3rd 3-time champion in history and end Watanabe’s reign in her first defense. Also on the undercard will be an appearance by Ganbare Women flag-bearer Yuna Manase.
Today’s event will be held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and can be watched LIVE on WRESTLE UNIVERSE in Japanese and English. Fans will be able to throw streamers/paper tape today as well. The 8 match lineup combined with an off-site post-event party means, based on time limits, the total running time today should be just under 3 hours.
Today’s lineup (in order):
Toga vs. Shino Suzuki
Mahiro Kiryu, Chika Nanase & Kira Summer vs. Moka Miyamoto, Kaya Toribami & Uta Takami
Yuna Manase vs. Runa Okubo
Maki Itoh vs. Haru Kazashiro
Rika Tatsumi & Yuki Aino vs. Raku & Pom Harajuku
Yuki Arai & Yuki Kamifuku vs. Mizuki & Nao Kakuta
Princess Tag Team Champions Suzume & Arisu Endo vs. Wakana Uehara & HIMAWARI for the titles
Princess Of Princess Champion Miu Watanabe vs. Shoko Nakajima for the title

Updates below will begin at 7:30 PM PT/10:30 PM ET. The live stream is scheduled to begin at 7 PM PT/10 PM ET.

7:17 PM PT UPDATE: Live updates begin now.
We are LIVE from Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Your hosts are Haruo Murata, Kagehiro Osano & Sayoko Mita. The English commentary is Mr. Haku & Gaia something.
The paid attendance will be announced after the event. Too early to make a prediction as the crowd is still filing in but with the normal setup they have (only using the middle bleacher section on the opposite-hard camera side), and considering it’s a holiday in Japan despite a Monday morning matinee, I’ll make my usual guess of around 750. (UPDATE: The announced paid attendance was 756)
The matches should begin in 20-25 minutes.
Sayuri Namba’s opening announcements begin at 7:24 PM PT, notable response from the crowd as she’s ditched her usual black/white dress for a more Final Fantasy-inspired all-black Tifa Lockheart-style look. During this Arisu Endo was brought out, at which time a hometown return event in her hometown of Aizuwakamatsu was announced for 9/14. Yuki Kamifuku ios also out, now having won the VPW (Vietnam) Women’s Championship in addition to her Queen Of Asia (Singapore) Championship match. And on 5/18 at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring she will defend both titles against Alexis Lee.
Up Up Girls follows and…wait, only 2? 3? Shino Suzuki is running late! Then…5 more?!? New recruits it seems-and now there are 9! Catching up to the 48s! The new girls will have a special event on 7/7 in Tokyo, based on the kanji I believe it could be at Ueno Park Outdoor Stage. (Update: The Up Up Girls official social media account announced it’s a collaboration between a second unit of the group and TJPW and it will be at Ueno Park Outdoor Stage)
The matches begin at 7:50 PM PT/10:50 PM ET.

Dragon Gate 5/5/24 Results (Updated)
Dragon Gate’s annual Golden Week blowout event, DEAD OR ALIVE 2024, is now in the books.
Today’s event was held at Aichi Prefectural Gym in Nagoya and can be watched on demand on DRAGONGATE NETWORK. You can also watch the first match FOR FREE on YouTube.
The announced paid attendance was 3085.
Match 1: YAMATO, Susumu Yokosuka & Kagetora beat Kota Minoura, Ben-K & BxB Hulk, YAMATO pinned Minoura after Gallaria.
Match 2: Toru Owashi (DDT) & BIGBOSS Shimizu beat KAI & ISHIN by DQ. ISHIN DQ’d.

Match 4: U-T beat Strong Machine J.
Match 5: Dragon Kid & Naruki Doi beat Open The Twin Gate Champions Kaito Kiyomiya & Alejandro (Pro Wrestling NOAH) to win the titles. Kid & Doi become the 66th Open The Twin Gate Champions. Doi pinned ALejandro after Doi-ble.
Match 6: Open The Dream Gate Champion Luis Mante beat Gianni Valetta to retain the title. V3 for Mante. As unstoppable as the big man Valetta has been since showing up earlier this year, I would still call that a mild upset.
Main Event: In a Mascara Contra Caballera Barbed Wire 5-way Survival Match, where the only way to “win” was to grab one of 4 flags posted across the ring and escape, the “winners” in order were JACKY “FUNKY” KAMEI, Kzy, Shun Skywalker & Jason Lee, meaning the loser was Hyo. As a result, surely to the disappointment of many female fans, Hyo loses his hair. Post-match, after Z-Brats shaved Hyo’s head and forced Kzy & KAMEI to do the same, the end promo maybe hinted at KAMEI leaving Natural Vibes on good terms to align with Mante & Hyo.
The next event is The Gate Of Passion 2024 tour-ender tomorrow at Tsushima City Cultural Center in Aichi. There will be no live or on demand broadcast.
UPDATE: KAMEI is out of Natural Vibes and now with Mante & Hyo, who call themselves Big Hug. Confirmed by Dragon Gate announcing he has been added to a special event with Mante/Hyo scheduled for tomorrow.
Dragon Gate 5/3/24 & 5/4/24 Results

Match 4: BIGBOSS Shimizu & U-T beat Susumu Yokosuka & Kagetora. U-T pinned Kagetora after Passion.
Natural Vibes/Big Hug vs. Z-Brats Single Match Series:
Match 5: Luis Mante vs. Gianni Valetta went to a double countout.
Match 6: ISHIN beat JACKY “FUNKY” KAMEI.
Match 7: Strong Machine J beat Kzy. This was to have been Jason Lee vs. Kzy but Lee faked an injury to get out of it after interfering in Match 6.
Main Event; Hyo beat Shun Skywalker.
2-1-1, which side won depends on if J filling on for Z-Brats amounts to anything as he’s Natural Vibes.
The next event is DEAD OR ALIVE, the annual Golden Week blowout event, tomorrow at Aichi Prefectural Gym in Nagoya. The 7 match card has 2 title matches and the main event will be a 5-way Mascara Contra Caballera Barbed Wire match-there will be a flag hung above the ring, with the ring surrounded by barbed wire, when a wrestler grabs the flag they are safe from losing and eliminated from the match, the last man left loses his hair or mask. Mainly it will be hair as the only masked man in the match is Shun Skywalker. Live streaming on DRAGONGATE NETWORK will begin at midnight PT/3 AM ET.
Pro Wrestling NOAH 5/4/24 Results (Updated)
WRESTLE MAGIC, Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Golden Week blowout event, is in the books.
Today’s event was held at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo and can be watched on demand on WRESTLE UNIVERSE as a PPV. You have until 4 AM PT/7 AM ET on 5/12 to purchase the replay. It costs 3800 Japanese yen (around $25 US), but qualifying UNIVERSE members-those who kept their subscription through March’s price increase-can get it for 2800 yen (around $19 US). You can also watch the first match FOR FREE on YouTube.
The announced paid attendance was 3512. They ran a greatly reduced capacity setup-the venue’s capacity is nearly 15,000 for sumo but I imagine between the setup and using the lower level box seats at about 1/3 capacity (2 per box instead of the usual 4-6) that probably reduced the setup to around 6000-7000.
Note that half the card’s 12 matches were not announced ahead of time. That was basically all the non-title matches except for the women’s match.
Match 1: Shuji Ishikawa beat GHC Hardcore Champion Ninja Mack to win the title. Ishikawa becomes the 12th GHC Hardcore Champion. NOAH recognizes him as the 3rd because they do not recognize the title’s prior lineage before it was re-activated this past year.
Match 2: Titus Alexander & Starboy Charlie beat Ryohei Oiwa & Daiki Inaba. Charlie pinned Inaba after a 450 splash.
Match 3: Masa Kitamiya beat Takashi Sugiura.
Match 4: AKIRA (Independent/Freelancer), HAYATA & Eita beat Jun Kumano, Junta Miyawaki & Yu Owada. AKIRA pinned Owada after a moonsault press.
Match 5: GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions YO-HEY & Tadasuke beat Shuji Kondo & “brother” YASSHI and Dragon Bane & Alpha Wolf in a 3-way elimination match to retain the titles. YO-HEY eliminated YASSHI then Wolf. V6 for the champs.
Match 6: Kenoh beat YAMATO (Dragon Gate).
Match 7: In a GHC Martial Arts Rules match, Ulka Sasaki & Kazushi Sakuraba beat Hikaru Sato (All-Japan) & Shuhei Taniguchi by TKO. Sasaki beat Taniguchi.
Match 8: Giulia, Utami Hayashishita, MIRAI & Mai Sakurai beat Nagisa Nozaki, Great Sakuya, Miyuki Takase & Takumi Iroha. Giulia pinned Nozaki after Northern Lights Bomb. The winners are all part of former Stardom boss Rossy Ogawa’s new Marigold promotion, which for at least the first few months will have their events streamed live on WRESTLE UNIVERSE.
Match 9: Jake Lee & TAJIRI (Independent/Freelancer) beat Naomichi Marufuji & Hajime Ohara. TAJIRI pinned Ohara after Buzzsaw Kick.
Match 10: GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion Daga beat Alejandro to retain the title. V6 for Daga.
Match 11: GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Jack Morris & Anthony Greene beat TBA & TBA, revealed at match time to be Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima (New Japan), to retain the titles. Morris pinned Kojima after Shooting Star Press. V8 for the champs. Another open challenge.
Main Event: Kaito Kiyomiya beat GHC Heavyweight Champion Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. to win the title. Kiyomiya becomes the 45th GHC Heavyweight Champion.
The next event is ALL TOGETHER, the return of the joint promotional charity fundraiser event, this time for Noto Peninsula earthquake recovery efforts, Monday at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo. This installment will feature New Japan, Pro Wrestling NOAH and DDT Pro Wrestling as well as a Stardom match. Live streaming worldwide will be only on ABEMA as a PPV beginning at 12:30 AM PT/3:30 AM ET. As far as when it may be available on demand on New Japan World & WRESTLE UNIVERSE, it probably would be at least 2 weeks afterwards as the PPV viewing window is until 5/19.
As for NOAH itself, the next regular event is 5/18 at Yokohama Radiant Hall in Yokohama. Live streaming on WRESTLE UNIVERSE will begin at 12:30 AM PT/3:30 AM ET.
UPDATE: Shortly after this was posted, the usual post-major event news/fallout began dropping:
2 matches have been announced for 5/22 at Korakuen Hall: Kenoh vs. Minoru Suzuki & Ulka Sasaki vs. Hikaru Sato.

Final Standings (Block B):
1-Jun Saito, 5-2, 10 points
2-Suwama, 4-3, 8 points
3-Suzuki, 4-3, 8 points
4-Anzai, 4-3,, 8 points
5-Rei Saito, 4-3, 8 points
6-Crew, 3-4, 6 points
7-Honda, 2-5, 4 points
8-Jackson, 2-5, 4 points
The final day of Block A is Monday at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and the winner advancing to the Finals will be the Kento Miyahara-Davey Boy Smith Jr. winner unless it goes to a No Contest/Double DQ/Double Countout in which case Yuma Aoyagi can force a 3-way tiebreaker match with a win. Otherwise there must be a winner between Miyahara & Smith because a time limit draw keeps them tied. Live streaming on AJPW.TV will begin at 2:30 AM PT/5:30 AM ET.

Today’s event was held at Fukuoka International Center in Fukuoka and can be watched on demand on New Japan World OUTSIDE JAPAN ONLY. This event aired live in Japan as part of WORLD PRO WRESTLING LIVE 2024 on TV Asahi.
The announced paid attendance was 2440. On paper, although partially dependent on the setup, that’s not good. (The venue’s maximum capacity, at least for sumo, is 7500. I imagine the setup reduced the capacity to 5500 tops)
Pre-show Match: Shoma Kato & Boltin Oleg beat Katsuya Murashima & Togi Makabe. Oleg pinned Murashima after Kamikaze.

Day 2 is tomorrow. Live streaming on New Japan World OUTSIDE JAPAN ONLY will begin TONIGHT at 10:30 PM PT/1:30 AM ET. This will be a TV Asahi live broadcast in Japan.
