Tokyo Joshi Pro continues their spring house show tour today with the last event before their monthly major event next Sunday. 8:26 PM PT UPDATE: Live updates begin now…

We are LIVE from Ryogoku KFC Hall in Tokyo, Japan. There is no commentary.

The paid attendance will be announced after the event. Looks on the small side for the venue, the ringside seats around the venue aren’t close to full and the “super seats” didn’t sell out in advance. Some fans may still be filing in but I’m going to estimate 175-200, which for these weekend events at the venue is on the low side.

The matches should begin in 15-20 minutes. During opening announcements, the first Up Up Girls solo event in over 4 years was announced. It will be next Saturday (6/10) at Shinjuku Face in Tokyo and will feature 3 matches. No live broadcast.

The matches begin at 8:43 PM PT. Looks like hard camera only today.

Injury Report: Last-Minute DDT Changes For Tomorrow

DDT has just announced a last-minute change to tomorrow’s Yokohama Unlimited Vol. 3 event (in a few hours US time): Masa Takanashi is now off. Fever. He was to have teamed with Kazusada Higuchi to face Makoto Oishi & Yuji Hino in the main event. Takeshi Masada is the replacement. Masada was to have faced Kazuma Sumi in the first match. Yuya Koroku is the replacement there. Koroku was to have teamed with Antonio Honda & Rukiya vs. Danshoku Dieno & Yuki Iino in a handicap match. That’s now a tag match.

It’s not known if Takanashi will miss any time past today-he is not scheduled for any other DDT events for at least another week so he probably will not unless it’s determined to be coronavirus (his next DDT appearance is TBA but right now it’s looking to be at least 10-11 days out).
