Probably the latter will be free, which will feature all participating 7/2 wtestlers and signing ceremonies for all title matches on 7/2. There also have been some changes for the 7/2 event:
Fallout from the Kenoh 15th Anniversary Event in Pro Wrestling NOAH: The second match, Masaaki Mochizuki & Don Fujii vs. Kenoh & Shuji Kondo match has been changed to Mochizuki & Kenoh vs. Fujii & Kondo.
Also, pre-show match 2, which is KAI & H-Y-O vs. TBA-a rookie selection team-is set. The rookie selection team will be Mochizuki Jr. & Ryoya Tanaka.

In a Twitter post on its Japanese account, Dragon Gate announced 2 wrestlers-Kento Kobune (SB KENTo) and Takuma Fujiwara-have been released. The promotion only said it was due to a “serious breach of contract” and resolution efforts were unsuccessful. Both have been inactive for roughly a year.
